1. Function / Purpose of Position / Mission:
Entrepreneurial leadership role， responsible for defining and implementing a world wide 5 year business plan， SPOT update， Volume， product portfolio， marketing and communication strategy for the assigned customers. S＆P's role includes maintaining up to date knowledge on customers， competitors， market share and future technologies with regard to the assigned customers， and disseminating this information throughout the organization (R＆D and S3). CPC / ECR negotiation with Customer.
2.Acquisition Project Manager / Project team member:
・ Responsible for new acquisitions and make market for HONDA.
・ Lead all new acquisitions entrepreneurial spirit. Define overall quotation， pricing， competitive strategies， advise PG on technical strategy of the customer.
・ Use Continental standard tools for management approval of acquisition and it's strategy， including QRDB， ATQ， PCIS calculation sheet and regular reporting meetings.
・ During development phase ＆ serial production phase， S＆P becomes active core project team member responsible for all commercial aspects of the project.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
・ Develop strong customer engagement with HONDA
・ Main point of entry with customer for all commercial related topics (in all phases of the product development cycle)
・ Lead commercial negotiations including contract management with support of corporate lawyer， local claims ＆ price productivity negotiations for assigned customers. [C]
4. Strategic Marketing
・ Define， implement and control a worldwide 5 year business plan (sales plan) based on a comprehensive product portfolio analysis and industry knowledge and aligned to the business unit's strategy.
・ From the sales plan， define the coming FY's SPOT ' (to be approved by management)， use this list as a roadmap of acquisitions targets for that FY. and align with budget
・ Define， implement and control a targeted communication strategy for your respective customers which are in line with the division's strategy， the sales plan and opportunity list. Use various strategic marketing tools tools to achieve your opportunity list and communications strategy such as local events / shows / Tech Days etc.
・ Maintains up to date knowledge of customers， competitors， market share ＆ future technologies with regard to the assigned Customers.
・ Interacts with R＆D to derive consistent customer/product strateg
|求める経験||￢At least Bachelor's degree majored in engineering or business administration
￢Several years experience in internationally operating company in sales， business development， project management functions or similar
￢Strong communication skill both in English and Japanese， other languages a plus. International team player
￢Advanced MS Office skills
￢Good understanding of customer's RFQ / sourcing and decision making process
